Coronavirus Update:

We recognise and understand the feelings of anxiety, distress and concern many people may be experiencing in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  As a health service, it is important that we continue to operate and provide support during this difficult time.

Currently, additional Medicare items have been made available for people who are unable to attend appointments to allow these appointments to take place over the phone or via video conferencing (i.e., Skype, Facetime). 

​

Going forward, the team at Charles St Clinic will provide Medicare Bulk Billed sessions (no gap payment) face-to-face (if permitted) or via Telehealth or phone to ensure support is always available.
