Dr Sandra Nguyen
Director: Clinical Psychologist
Clinical Psychologist Supervisor
Sandra is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience treating individuals in a wide range of mental health settings.
She has completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has over 20 years experience and professional training in helping people to overcome a wide range of problems.
She is committed to the care of her clients who range from children, adolescents, adults, the elderly and couples. She strongly believes in the importance of a well-matched client-therapist relationship.
Dr Jessica Bernardi
Principal: Clinical Psychologist
Clinical Psychology Supervisor
Jess is a registered Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA) with experience treating individuals in a wide range of mental health settings. She has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Society and the Australian Psychological Society.
Jess tailors her clinical skills to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that her clients benefit as much as possible from the therapeutic experience and achieve richer, fuller and more meaningful lives. Jess’ approach is grounded within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework, however, she likes to incorporate a number of other evidence based approaches bases on the needs of her clients.
Ms Carolina Aguirre
Psychologist
Carolina Aguirre is a registered Psychologist (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Carolina is guided by a strengths based, holistic framework, supporting clients to explore their issues and situation within the social, community and individual factors that are part of life.
Carolina uses a number of evidence based therapeutic approaches to support individual client needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness amongst others. Carolina has experience supporting clients with problematic alcohol and other substance use, anxiety, depression and a range of issues.
Ms Rachel Preston

Counsellor/Social Worker
Natalia is a qualified Social Worker and a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). She has completed undergraduate degree majoring in Psychology and obtained a Master of Social Work both from the University of Melbourne. Natalia has previous experience in the mental health, hospital, and palliative care settings.
Natalia draws upon the strengths-based, person-centered practice when working with clients. Her approach is guided by evidence-based therapeutic treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy model, and other holistic frameworks in delivering care for clients.
She provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. She is guided by evidenced-based practice and matching the therapy to the client needs.
Ms Michelle Chee
Counsellor/Social Worker
Michelle is an accredited Social Worker and a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Michelle has a passion for working with children and young people with a strong focus on practicing from a holistic strength based and person centered approach.
She has worked with people of all ages and from various backgrounds with many different psychological and daily living challenges, which also includes learning difficulties, behavioural issues, grief, depression, trauma and generational trauma, homelessness, domestic violence, disengagement from school and work, anxiety and the implications that it has on the individual as well as the family as a whole.
Michelle is able to provide individualised and practical treatment to children, adolescents, adults and the elderly which is guided by evidenced-based practice. Michelle also offers both face-to-face and online sessions.
Psychologist
Rachel is a registered Psychologist (AHPRA) with over ten years experience in providing psychological intervention and assessment for clients in a broad range of mental health settings. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Rachel uses a warm, relaxed, and affirming approach to creating a therapeutic space that is supportive, safe, and empowering. Her therapeutic style is characterised by her light-hearted demeanour and her ability to tailor the session to clients’ specific needs and individual character and strengths. Rachel’s hope is that therapy would be a positive source of support and encouragement, even in times of hardship and stress.
Rachel’s clinical practice is guided by evidence-based approaches including attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy DBT, Polyvagal Therapy, and biopsychology. Rachel takes an anti-oppressive intersectional approach informed by extensive experiences in the justice and
trauma sectors, and by the social model of disability.
Rachel believes the best approach is to take the time to get to know her clients as an individual and to build comfort and confidence in therapy for the best outcomes.
