Charles Street Clinic – Osteopathy & Psychology

1. Scope of Services

Charles Street Clinic provides allied health services including Osteopathy, Psychology, Counselling, and Social Work. All services are delivered by registered practitioners in accordance with Australian professional standards.
 

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice may be charged at the full consultation rate.
     

3. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are payable at the time of consultation unless otherwise arranged.

  • Rebates may be available through Medicare, private health insurance, or third-party providers (e.g., TAC, WorkCover).

  • All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
     

4. Clinical Records

  • Practitioners maintain confidential clinical records in accordance with AHPRA and APS/AASW guidelines.

  • Clients may request access to their records, subject to legal and ethical considerations.
     

5. Code of Conduct

  • All practitioners adhere to the ethical codes of their respective professional bodies.

  • Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with respect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse, harassment, or unsafe behaviour.
