What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

What are your fees and rebate options?

Fees vary by service and practitioner. Medicare rebates may apply for eligible Psychology sessions, and private health insurance may cover Osteopathy. We also accept referrals through TAC, WorkCover, and NDIS (where applicable).

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required to see our Osteopaths or Psychologists. However, if you’re accessing Medicare rebates through a Mental Health Care Plan or Chronic Disease Management Plan, a GP referral is needed.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your first session includes a thorough assessment and discussion of your goals. Our practitioners tailor treatment to your needs, whether it’s hands-on therapy, psychological support, or a combination of approaches.

Do you offer telehealth or online sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many of our Psychology and Counselling practitioners offer secure online sessions. Osteopathy is typically delivered in person, but we may provide exercise guidance remotely when appropriate.
