Ms Natalia Agus
Natalia supports clients across all ages using a strengths-based, person-centred approach. She draws on CBT, ACT, and holistic frameworks to deliver tailored, evidence-based care in mental health and palliative settings.
Natalia Agus is a qualified Social Worker and a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work, both from the University of Melbourne, and brings valuable experience from mental health, hospital, and palliative care settings.
Natalia’s practice is grounded in strengths-based, person-centred care, supporting clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other holistic frameworks tailored to each client’s needs.
She works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, always aiming to match the therapeutic approach to the individual’s goals, values, and circumstances.
